SHIPPING POLICY

Each Il Mio piece is made to order with intention and care. Once your jewelry has been crafted—typically within 10–15 business days—your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, fully insured and trackable.

Domestic shipping generally takes 2–5 business days, while international delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

We proudly ship to most countries worldwide.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local governments.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is on its way.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Each Il Mio piece is meticulously made to order, crafted with precision, care, and intention. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, all sales are final and non-returnable.

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at ilmiojewelrydesign@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the piece and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution—whether that is a repair, replacement, or store credit—on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and returned in the condition they were received.

Please note: We are not responsible for damage caused by wear, improper care, or accidents after the 48-hour window.
